Reservations will only be confirmed after payment of the input signal value and in case of cancellation will be charged a no-show, the value in percentage to be refunded will be according to the table below (in accordance with the rules Resolution No. 161 of August 09, 1985 Embratur):
30 to 26 days before: 10% of the total
25 to 16 days before: 25% of the total
15 to 11 days before: 50% of the total
10 to 06 days before: 75% of the total
Less than 5 days before: 100% of the total.
* Exeto for the dates of New Year's Eve, Carnival and winter festival
* The company will be able to deduct taxes and fees related to transaction costs
* In case of early departure for any reservation, whether packages or not, will be charged the full amount of the reservation (no-show).
Method of payment: 50% deposit via bank transfer / deposit for confirmation of the reservations and the remaining balance of 50% for settlement with the tourist agency.
Full payments in advance or in cash, can be negotiated discount of 05% up to 10% of the total value of the schedule
* Schedules are subject to change due to weather factors, access or others that the agency deems that can interfere with the safety or welfare of visitors.
* Prices valid until the time schedule requested by the query.
* We do not accept Travel Cheque, third party checks or legal person.
